Otherwise the charge will be 25% off the total charge. In case of cancellation or non-arrival, the amount is NOT REFUNDABLE.<\/li>\n<li>If your arrival is not within 4 weeks you need to pay the remaining balance via credit card. 4 weeks prior to check-in.\u00a0 You can do this by using the review your booking function. If you do not pay the remaining balance in time the reservation will not be upheld, and the deposited money will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>To cancel, change or modify your reservation (subject to availability), you can access in the website the page <strong>Book online<\/strong>, the section <strong>Manage my booking now<\/strong>, and introduce your booking number and last name. You can also contact us by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">No unregistered guests are permitted in the premises at night-time. No exceptions.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Check-in is at 2pm.
